Our classes are infused with traditional Ayurvedic Philosophy. Ayurveda is the Mother of Yoga & its wisdom is over 5000 years old.
We incorporate the teachings of Deepak Chopra, as taught at the Chopra Centre in the USA.
We will share inspirations from his books Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Perfect Health, Reinventing The Body, Resurrecting The Soul & the 24 Yoga Sutras via The Upanishads.
These philosophical 'infusions' are imparted in our Guided Relaxations that feature at the beginning of each class.
YINyangFLOW Yoga is totally beginner friendly & suitable for all levels. This Yoga class explores the best Yin Yoga & classic Hatha Yoga poses all bridged with energizing & relaxing Vinyasa Flow.
This is a beautiful, opening & a meditative, relaxing class that will set you up for a day on the Beach, Rainforest or Reef.
Bring a large towel / sarong & large bottle of water.

Our Style
We offer a safe, non judgmental & nurturing space for you to explore & get back into your body.
You will notice a base, common structure to all our YOGA classes. We always begin in Savasana, then Pranayama, Asana then a return to Savasana to integrate the changes we have made in our body & mind. This sequence can then be carried through into you daily life in a much shorter version.
All classes are beginner friendly.
In every class we always say that there is no such thing as the perfect pose. Everyone has their own perfect expression of each Asana & we will meet you wherever you are at.
What to bring
Clothes you can sweat and move in.
Leggings or shorts and a tshirt /tank top.
A LARGE bottle of water.
Bring LARGE towel or sarong.
A hat & sunglasses.
Don’t eat for 1 hour before class
Be well hydrated

We ask all clients unsure if Yoga is appropriate for them to reach out to their doctor BEFORE making a booking with us. We DO NOT provide a list of contraindications as this is best provided by your doctor. We support all students who work within their limitations & Conditions even if it easier skipping posers altogether.

You may lie down at any time to take rest. We LOVE it when you do because your body needs it.
