As the weather warms we've wrapped up our regular 8am classes for the season. We'll continue to offer our early morning Sunrise Yoga classes Mondays and Thursdays 6.30-7.30am. Moving with the seasonal change in the best possible way!

NEW extra classes - SUNRISE Yoga! Experience the rising of the sun as you open to a new day. Mon and Thurs only 6.30-7.30am. These classes are an addition to our regular 8am classes that are ongoing everyday. The lovely Petra will be teaching you at her special and favourite time on the beach.
