We are a successful, contemporary style Yoga Studio & Retreat Centre based in the beautiful, tropical paradise of Port Douglas where the Rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef.
With TWO Yoga Classes, ONE Deep Full Body Massage & Sento Bath & Relaxation Studio Experiences on both Saturday & Sunday, ONE Yoga Class on Monday, a WELCOME Friday 3pm Sento Experience 5:30pm Evening Class optional & complimentary, an optional trip to Mossman Gorge & plenty of Conscious Relaxation, this is a very beginner friendly & much needed retreat for those that need to recharge & rejuvenate.
We draw from the Ancient Wisdom of Traditional Chines Medicine & Ayurvedic Indian Medicine. Both Modalities have existed for thousands of years & withstood the test of time.
Heavily anchored in a common sense approach, this retreat is very hands on with Massage, Yoga & plenty of rest time.
All classes & workshops are communal in nature with some students experiencing the full program & others attending just the classes & or workshops. This is a great way to meet new people everyday.
