This is the kind of work I’ve refined over 16 years of practice.
Trigger point therapy is what I do - not simply treating where it hurts, but tracking and listening through the tissue to find the points that are truly driving your pain.
Trigger points are small, tight areas within muscle that can create pain locally, or refer it elsewhere - like tension through your neck that travels into your head or down your arm.
They also influence the fascia, creating restriction and affecting how freely your body moves as a whole.
When we find the right point, you’ll feel it - a familiar, focused discomfort - “that’s the spot.”
With steady, considered pressure and breath, that intensity begins to soften… ease… and release.
There’s often more held in these places than just physical tension.
Stress, overload, emotion - all of it can be stored here. And when it releases, the shift can feel both physical and subtle.
