My Story....

Hi, I'm Emma, the owner and chief of Empowered View. I am an empowerment mentor and coach. I am here to coach women to understand and embrace their potential to live their best lives and support pregnant women in their journey through birth and into motherhood.

I am a certified meditation teacher as well as a yoga teacher specialising in pre-natal yoga. I am a Neuro-Lingustics Programming (NLP) practitioner (and currently completing my Masters of NLP). I am also a certified Life Coach. As well as many other more corporate qualifications.

I have practiced yoga since I was 16 years old. I have been surrounded my whole life by alternative therapies and holistic approaches to life.I completed Reiki Level 1 at the age of 12 years old, and later in my 20s I completed Level 2. I learnt to mediate at a young age and understand and harness my intuition. Although at times I have fallen off my spiritual path, I have had this solid grounding to help me through the challenges life has thrown at me, enabling me to be a strong and resilient woman.

I believe every woman deserves to shine and live her best life. We get so lost sometimes in living life, being the care giver and coordinating everything, our own self comes last. I aim to help women to understand their importance and recognise their own self worth and bring clarity to their hearts and mind, enabling them to live their best life moving forward.
