On tired mornings it's easy to just have toast or even skip it altogether but it's also just as easy for this 5 minute scramble egg.

Ingredients:
• 3 eggs scrambled
• 4 chopped cherry tomatoes
• 1 handful spinach chopped
• Goats cheese

Directions:
Mix all in a bowl and cook in fry pan.

I was a little excited when I seen this on the weekend. I know this would make some of my clients happy too.

Finally, Nirate free ham in Woolies!! 🥳

Note:
Nitrate free ham doesn't make it a completely better alternative.

It is still a processed meat high in sodium and still uses natural nitrates that can be potentially harmful.

Why am I excited then?

Any chance to limit or remove chemical additives in our food or in our products I feel is a step in the right direction. Perfect? NO, but we don't consume ham and other processed meats that often so a better alternative in my eyes.

And what a year it has been!

I am so grateful for each and every client and all the support along the way from every angle. It has been a pleasure to be a part of your health journeys, and I look forward to continuing so in the New Year.

While the office doors may be closed for the year, I'll still be working quietly behind the scenes here and there, keeping everything in check for an exciting year ahead.
