We attended, as special guests, the introduction of the new RFDS helicopter via the new partnership between FMG (Elizabeth Gaines CEO FMG and CEO RFDS Rebecca Tomkinson).

Our boys love their sister so much and we received a lot of beautiful feedback yesterday about this. If it wasn't for the RFDS the boys wouldn't have their surviving sister or me, as their mum.

We will always love the RFDS Earth Angels.

I created this document and would like to add any other organisations that have helped you and hear from people who do things that are really helpful for their own mental health (you can be a business or it can just be something you've learnt to do) and movement, so I can add this as an 'ideas to support yourself'. For example, if you do Reiki, Crystals, Breathing techniques, Yoga, Walk in the morning sun, grounding, night time swim (since the pool is open longer now) or would like to see a Support Catch up each month (which I have an idea for)
