My 15 year journey in physiotherapy started after graduating from The University Of Sydney, where I worked in emergency care at St. After moving to Western Australia in 2011, I realized the need for individualized and professional fitness training in my new home town. I started my own practice, PHYSIOlogical Training, and developed a passion to help local women achieve and maintain their peak fitn

ess potential. Ten years on, I have worked hard to developed a strong reputation as being an exceptional therapist, while helping people reach their personal fitness goals. I lead training and education sessions, coaching individuals to understand the basis behind pain and injury management, and have created 3 programs targeting the main physical concerns that I see day-to-day.
