✨ After nearly two years of dedication, growth, and countless hours of study — I’ve finally received my certificate! This moment represents more than just a piece of paper; it’s a symbol of perseverance, passion, and belief in my path. I’m so grateful for everyone who supported and encouraged me along the way. Here’s to new beginnings and continuing to share what I’ve learned in service of others. 🌿

✨ Yang to Yin Tonight – 6:15pm ✨
Spots still available – book via The Pantha Way website 🌿

This week I’m filling in for the beautiful before her return next week. Following her theme of weaving goddess philosophy and storytelling into practice, tonight we’ll connect with the story of Sita – a symbol of resilience, devotion, and inner strength. 💫

Come move, soften, and reflect as we journey from Yang into Yin with her timeless wisdom.

✨ The Story of Sita ✨

Sita, the beloved goddess of devotion and strength, is the heroine of the ancient epic Ramayana. She is known as an embodiment of love, courage, and unwavering faith.

When her husband, Prince Rama, was exiled to the forest, Sita chose to go with him—showing her deep loyalty and devotion. Later, when she was captured by the demon king Ravana, Sita’s strength shone through. Even in captivity, she stayed calm and true to her values, never losing hope.

In the end, Rama and his allies rescued her, but Sita’s real power was never in being saved—it was in her resilience, purity of heart, and unshakable inner strength.

🌸 Sita teaches us that true courage often looks like patience, faith, and love—even in our hardest moments.
