I hope that you will join me over the break in: some serious sleep ins 🛌 pj days 👚walks ☀️ 🌊 swims 🏊🏻‍♀️bike rides 🚴‍♀️ cooking days 🥘 gardening 👩‍🌾 🌸 fun 🤪and laughs 😂 and as always, don’t forget to share some pics with me 🤳

Been a while! 👋

Hi guys, As most of you know, I was away (out of office and absent from social media) throughout March and April; but I'm back!!! 🫶

📱Just wanted to apologise to anyone who may have left me a text or voicemail in that time (it seems that my phone thought it was also taking time off🙄)- if I didn't respond or acknowledge your message it's because I didn't receive it. 🤷‍♀️

However, I'm so happy to be back, you guys bring with you so much love, care and positive energy.🌼

Check out these trucks🚛!! and we've also been busy making Pizza🍕...only been back a couple of weeks and we've all gotten straight back into having the best fun/conversations/self reflections and the practicing of life changing strategies and skills has blown my mind.
