LET’S TALK PROTEIN 🍗

As a nutrition coach I can honestly tell you that every single client that has come to me - whether a complete newbie, a regular gym goer or a seasoned athlete - was not eating near enough protein for their individual needs.

Even when supplementing with a protein shake once a day they were still well below their needs when we looked into their full day/week of eating.

You’ve heard it before I’m sure, but I’ll stress it again. Protein is essential for not only muscle GROWTH, but also:

When we are disciplined in our daily habits, such as exercising regularly or eating a healthy diet, we gain physical and mental strength that allows us to live our lives more freely. When we have self-discipline in our work, we are able to achieve our goals and feel a sense of accomplishment, which can lead to greater financial freedom and personal fulfillment.

Discipline can also help us overcome our fears and limitations, allowing us to pursue our passions and live our lives with purpose. By setting goals, practicing self-discipline, and making conscious choices, we are able to create the life we want, rather than being held back by our own self-imposed limitations.

In short, discipline is the key to unlocking true freedom in our lives, allowing us to live a life of purpose, fulfillment, and success.

A common misconception is that eating well is costly, but I’m here to tell you it does not need to be!

Yes, if you go out and buy all the expensive health foods you come across in the shop, with no real plan in mind, you will rack up a fair bill.

However, if you follow these 5 simple steps you will not only manage a healthy, balanced grocery trolley, but also more than likely SAVE money (by not buying the unnecessary items you might otherwise find have made their way into your bags somehow 👀).
