As parents, we all want to give our kids the best guidance, but the truth is—kids learn more from what they see us do than what they hear us say. 🤔

Your Journey

Our journey has been your journey too. We’ve have been growing our Harbour family over the past 10 years and loving it. We started off hoping we could reach people living close by, to help them heal, restore, grow and achieve their health potential and before we knew it we had a tribe of people who came to visit from much further afield to get their Chiro whenever they needed or wanted it!

Now we have expanded and our family is filling a bigger space, filled with the same Chiropractic care but with the additions of Remedial Massage, Dry Needling and Pilates. Our focus hasn’t changed, it’s always been to help get the best from your health potential but now our health resources are plentiful, including all our therapists, our Pilates Studio, Walking Club and Strength and Rehab space as well as orthotics and of course Archies Arch Support thongs!!

We’ve found the last 3 months to be enlightening, it’s really been a time of concern and then gratitude. We are grateful for the health of our Harbour Family and the support and respect the community has given to each other. It’s taught us how to be even better and find ways to adapt to keep you safe and healthy. So we are going to continue our family journey with you. We will continue to grow and adapt and bring new ways to help you in your journey to health and wellness.
