If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens in a first appointment for fussy eaters, here’s a gentle overview.

We don’t:
❌ force children to eat
❌ use rewards or punishment
❌ focus on weight or “good vs bad” foods

Instead, we:
✔ explore what’s really going on for your child
✔ reduce stress and pressure around meals
✔ support you as the parent
✔ work at your child’s pace

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and supportive of the whole family - because feeding challenges don’t exist in isolation.

If fussy eating is affecting your home, your confidence, or your enjoyment of family meals, you don’t have to wait it out.

I’m currently taking bookings for 2026.
