FIT FOR LIFE at HVN

Our Fit For Life is a specialised program designed for Seniors/Retirees to support strength, health, independence and community in our later stages of life.

Our program focuses on building and maintaining:
• muscle strength and bone health
• balance, coordination and mobility
• confidence and community

Sessions are coach led, structured and tailored to suit all levels in a safe and supportive environment. Whether the goal is to stay active, join a community, maintain independence or simply feel confident in your body, our Fit For Life is exactly what you need!

Classes run twice a week:
Tuesday & Thursday
11am

Drop in or membership available.
Share with your friends and family.

A hill I’ll die on?

Kids are worth every second of your time 🩵

These sessions are high energy, loud & sometimes a lil crazy. But they are also full of kindness, growth and enthusiasm.

Kids aren’t meant to be squished into adult boxes. They are meant to explore the world with our guidance & I think a lot of adults became so busy that we stopped guiding kids.

If you own a gym or have the chance to, I highly recommend spending an hour a week with kids. It will change your life (and you will probably changing theirs too 🫶)

A lot can happen in a year:

I fell in love
I ran gymnastics workshops
I grew my business
I facilitated a women’s workshop
I mum’d hard
I competed in America
I blended families
I moved house
I had melanoma removed x 2
I lost a friend to cancer
I almost lost my mum in a car accident
I lost my nan
I trained, a lot
I overcame things I don’t talk about
I pursued my dreams hard
I took a leap head first into my next chapter

A lot can happen in a year and I can’t wait for this next one 😍

The Art of Balance ⚖️

It does not exist.
It was never meant to exist.

Chasing balance usually ends up in something missing. Something lacking. Something you want but you’re scared to up end the flow. To step outside the mundane.

Balance does not exist, not in nature, not in life.

Not how we think it does anyway.
It exists in the yin and yang.
The ebb and the flow.
The up and the down.

Not in the 50/50.

And I don’t want to live a life that’s 50/50

I want 80/20
I want passion
I want excitement
I want to fail to know how to rise
I want to experience it all

I want balance, but not how most expect that to look like

I want to enjoy training
I want to enjoy my body
I want to enjoy good food
I want to enjoy time off and time with friends and not stress about calories and macros and missed sessions

I also want to destroy a session
I want sunsets at the beach
I still want to compete
I want to talk to the moon
I want it all and some

So: let’s discover this new balance together

Where we chase what WE want
Where we define our OWN happiness

And remember 80/20 still adds up to 100 😏

Not because change is impossible
But because staying the same feels safer.

Growth requires discomfort.
Consistency requires self-trust.
Balance requires intention.

You don’t always need a perfect plan.
You need a decision and then the courage to keep choosing it.

Welcome to 2026 ❤️‍🔥

This year we are choosing courage. Dipping ourselves into deep self trust. And we are doing everything with intention. We are softening within our communities, sharing the load and the love. We are creating memories that last lifetimes.

Some will dive deep into chasing goals, while others will breathe into a balance that they’ve been craving. Both are as important as each other. And what’s more important is that you decide which one is for you - not because it’s what everyone else is doing, but because your soul is craving it ❤️‍🔥

Trust me when I tell you that everything begins to feel a whole lot more “peaceful” when you stop looking outside and start looking INSIDE 🌻❤️‍🔥

There will ALWAYS be someone better than you.
But it also DOES NOT MATTER.

Because their life is not your life. And vice versa.
Time is not guaranteed and you’re wasting it if you’re constantly comparing yourself.

Start by reframing these thoughts - every time you start to compare ask yourself this:
“But what am I also REALLY GOOD AT?”

It might seem silly at first, or even hard to pinpoint.

But the more you learn to reframe comparison, the more peaceful your life will become.

And remember:

You are doing this, for YOU 🌻❤️‍🔥
