Tomorrow we celebrate Yule in the southern hemisphere ❤️

The shortest day and the longest night of the year, we celebrate the rebirth of the sun! The Goddess is labouring throughout the night with her Blessed Child.

The struggle in the long night might be weary, but she understands that only the deepest darkness can bring forth the brightest of light!

At the break of light, The Goddess finally gives birth to the Sun King. He illuminates the world with his entrance bringing forth warmth, hope and growth as he slowly grows to fullness over the coming months.

As we go through the next few months of Winter, it is a time to conserve energy, reflect on what we are growing in our lives, and what we want to achieve when Summer begins its cycle.

🌼Showing Up🌼

Sometimes the way we show up for the people we love, is not in the ways they need. The way that you show love and appreciation may not align with the way they receive. This can lead to a lot of misunderstandings and sadness on both sides.

It can take a long time to discover and work through these differences, and sadly a lot of people never do.

Everyone is learning at different levels of self-awareness, and expanding that awareness out to those around you, can feel foreign or uncomfortable to begin with.

Because it requires you to be fully honest with yourself. Importantly, you also need to show up for yourself, boldly.

How do you want people to show up for you? How do you show up for others?

Is it with your/their presence? Do you/they extend time and energy to meet them where you/they are at? Do you/they offer you/them emotional support?

This is something important to ponder and explore; community, family and friendships, are vital to our wellbeing as human beings. We all deserve to be supported and cared for by those in our lives ❤️

You may have felt restless lately, and rather dissatisfied or disappointed with the current situation you have in your life.

There is a deeper reason for this, it’s not a temporary feeling and has been with you for quite some time. The Universe is trying to guide you with these emotions, but you may have been doubting what you are feeling or second guessing your reasons for them.

You have put as much work, love and energy into your situation as you can, but it’s time to start moving, to find what may be lacking or missing in your life.

It’s time to let go of this old cycle and move towards a new and more fulfilling period in your journey. Change can be challenging, but there are rewards and outcomes that you currently can’t fathom.

Happy New Year! It’s Aries Season ♈️
