š„ Hereās one mistake a client made that you can avoid.
āIām so sorry I missed my appointment. I couldnāt wait for the next one, so I went to someone else & it was the worst thing I did.ā
As her Massage Therapist, that lands in two places at once.
First, my heart hurts that she had a bad experience. No one should walk out of a massage feeling disappointed, unheard, or like their body wasnāt truly cared for.
Second, it reminds me why I do what I do. Because when someone notices the difference, it means the intention, the skill, the attention to detail, it all matters.
Let me say this clearly:
I am all for trying other therapists.
You absolutely should explore.
Every therapist has a different flow, pressure, technique, and energy. Finding the style thatās your jam is important.
This is your body. Your wellness. Your investment.
But when I hear that someone didnāt receive quality care, didnāt feel listened to or didnāt get someoneās best effort? Thatās whatās frustrating.
Thatās whatās honestly disappointing to the massage industry as a whole.
This profession isnāt just about going through motions.
Itās anatomy knowledge. Itās intuition.
Itās professionalism. Itās respecting that someone trusted you enough to lay on your table & be vulnerable.
When standards drop, it reflects on all of us who take this work seriously. And thatās the part thatās hard to hear.
To my clients: whether you stay, explore, or come back, You deserve QUALITY.
You deserve PRESENCE. You deserve someone who gives their BEST every single session.
And when you choose my table, thatās exactly what youāll get. Always. ā¤ļø -Kez Zenergy Massage šāāļø
