Cara is proud to be a leading South Australian disability service provider for over 28 years. We have more than 900 staff, known as our Possible People, who work alongside our customers in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation, Home & Community Support and Specialist Services. Cara is committed to working alongside adults with disability to grow as individuals and live a lif
e rich in opportunities. Cara provides services for people with severe and multiple disability, including autism, cerebral palsy and intellectual disability. We are also experts at supporting people with complex needs. Cara is a not-for-profit, or as we like to say, a profit-for-purpose. This means all money we raise goes back to supporting children and adults with disabilities in our Cara Community. We support people with disabilities all across South Australia including metropolitan Adelaide, Mount Barker, Murray Bridge, Mount Gambier, Kadina, Port Augusta, Port Pirie, Port Lincoln and the surrounding areas. OUR PURPOSE
We provide support to empower people for greater independence. OUR VISION
