Our Spaces Access Centres are welcoming spaces designed for NDIS Group Activities in a Centre. All ages are welcome.

Our Story

EYRE FUTURES Inc.

An Eyre Peninsula based non-profit association empowering people on their journey to greater independence in life through education, health and wellbeing supports.

History

With a Board of Management, Eyre Futures Incorporated was founded in 2005 as an Association for the purpose of increasing the participation of youth in education, training and completion of secondary school. It started with an office in Port Lincoln.

Over time Eyre Futures Inc. expanded and increased its scope to include Youth Case Management, Flexible Learning Options offsite and Mentoring in Schools throughout the Eyre Peninsula as well as many other supports to vulnerable peoples.

•Since 2005 Eyre Futures Inc.’s CORE BUSINESS has been in the delivery of those programs and services, including those funded by state and commonwealth governments to youth, the aboriginal community, students, persons living with a disability, school leavers and trainees.

•Being able to adapt and roll out relevant and meaningful programs has seen Eyre Futures Inc.Inc. responding in a positive and meaningful to the needs of individuals, families and communities and to really be part of peoples life journey.

Eyre Futures has worked (and continues to work) collaboratively and in a range of partnership roles with schools and many other community organisations, agencies and individual to support young people in achieving their education and life goals. We have opened an office and Access Centre in Ceduna and Whyalla and had outposted staff as far afield as Yalata, as well as all over the peninsula

We have had the pleasure and privilege of being part of our clients successes and their struggles, we have learnt a lot supporting them along the way and we have enjoyed every minute of it.

Today, Eyre Futures is a Registered NDIS provider with plan management, support coordination and support workers in the disabilities sector and is still working hard to change and improve lives and help vulnerable people to thrive.
