From Physiotherapy and Move & Groove sessions to our Walking Groups, there’s been plenty of ways we help our residents to stay active, connected and enjoy a bit of fresh air! 🌿

We also love spending 1:1 quality time with residents, offering companionship, conversation, and support for overall wellbeing. Because feeling good isn’t just about movement — it’s about connection, too. 💛

It may have been cold and we certainly copped a big shower of rain, but our residents absolutely loved being part of the Port Lincoln Christmas Pageant on Saturday night!

A big thank you to the event organisers for supporting MFH staff with a quick exit when the rain hit at the end. Your help made all the difference.

Despite the weather, our residents thoroughly enjoyed a well-organised and festive community event.
