If you have been past the clinic lately, you may have seen our daily appointment sign finally being displayed on the street again. We are delighted to have availability for appointments over the 5 day week with our new Physiotherapist, Josh.

Josh is able to provide hands-on treatment, electrotherapy, shockwave and dry needling. Josh also has a background in Exercise and Sport Science, and is able to provide exercise and rehabilitation programs.

If you have been into the clinic in the past week, you may have seen a new face around the rooms.

I'm Josh, I have been practicing as a physiotherapist for the past 3 years both in Adelaide and on the Western Eyre in Ceduna.

I'm originally from the Fleurieu Peninsula, an hour drive south of Adelaide. I moved to Adelaide to study and am now bringing my young family to Port Lincoln to start a new chapter!

Aside from general physiotherapy practice, I have a background in sports physiotherapy, exercise science and dry needle therapy. I have previously worked for SANFL, SAAFL and WNPL clubs.

When I'm not in the clinic you will likely find me at the gym, around the footy oval (I am the epitome of a reserves player) or exploring the coastline trying to not get my mum bus bogged!

Looking forward to helping the Lower Eyre community live happier and healthier lives!

The team at ActivPhysio is delighted to announce that we are about to be joined by a new Physiotherapist, Josh Penny.

Josh and his lovely partner Allara, and their newborn bundle of joy, Matilda, are moving to our gorgeous town to be part of our ActivPhysio family.

Josh has been involved in Sports Physiotherapy, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Personal Training, and is also qualified in dry needling and advanced exercise prescription. He also likes to play a little Reserves AFL on the side - any takers?

He will be available for an appointment from Monday 18th of March, so please book ahead.

We are thrilled that Josh has chosen to further his Physiotherapy career with us, and look forward to welcoming him and the family to our practice and the Eyre Peninsula community.
