Before and After of our beautiful Lanah!

Her concerns were redness, acne and rosacea.
She had a course of x3 dermapen spaced approximately 6 weeks apart.
Her home care regime consisted of our ultra balancing gel cleanser, a perfecting serum, c serum, RED serum, anti oxidant protective complex, calming moisturiser and daily hydrating spf.

Meet our team!
From left to right we have Rhiannan, Leila, Neish (Taneisha), Lanah (Allanah), Jess (Jessica), Ashlee and Elektra!

We all have our individual talents and passions!

Some of us are still training in treatments that are newer to us and expanding our skillset, in these cases you will find discounted introductory treatments with us on our online booking system!

But every single one of us is passionate about this industry, and passionate about providing you an amazing experience aswell as service when you walk through our doors!

We look forward to you getting to know some of our newer staff members and we know you will love them just as much as we do!

We are open Monday to Friday, you will find Leila Thursday and Friday, Neish Tuesday and Thursday, Lanah Tuesday Thursday Friday, Jess Monday Wednesday every second Friday morning, Ashlee Wednesday, and Elektra is working towards Wednesday Thursday Friday with the occasional Monday when needed!

Rhiannan is still trying to get back to work (once she can get her baby will take a bottle) but you will see her most days popping in and out!

Just an important reminder to all those booking with us! We have had some repeat last minute no shows and cancellations. With modern technology these days and the options of social media, text message, emails and phone calls we truly believe there is no excuse to not let us know if you can’t attend your appointment especially when you know it’s a couple hour treatment.

We will be cracking down on these clients and one large booking no show is all that it will take for us to not allow future bookings.

We have such a busy clinic with amazing clientele, who are very courteous and understanding when it comes to our time and the costs that a no show incurs as a small business. But of late we have had the occasional newer client booking and not confirming, cancelling or showing up.

🌱Any new clients will be required to pay 50% upfront for a booking of 60+ minutes

🌱Cancellations of bookings for 60+ minutes will only receive a clinic credit if the cancellation has been made between 24-48 hours prior to the appointment time

🌱If you do not show up to an appointment and have not been in contact with us we will be contacting you for the payment of the entire treatment cost or it will result in loss of voucher to the value

🌱If you haven’t replied to our reminder texts to confirm or replied to any contact from us, your appointment will be cancelled out and deposit kept

Small businesses do not stay open with constant no shows, and sometimes being in the beauty industry we are treated as a ‘less important’ service that some people think it’s no big deal not to show up to.

If we don’t charge to cover our time and other potential bookings turned away, there is no business it’s as simple as that.

Big Thankyou to those beautiful clients who none of this applies to, 98% of you are kind and courteous and understanding that it costs hundreds every day to open a business before even turning on the lights.

Only exceptions to this policy are in serious emergency circumstances.

Just a little (well in actual fact it’s huge 😩😭) announcement to let those of you who don’t know already, that our beautiful Shenae is moving away and is in her final couple weeks working alongside us and in SA 😥

Shenae isn’t just an employee, she is part of the heart and soul that is the beauty collective. It’s coming up 8 years that she has been working her magic, building relationships, and having a laugh with us!

We’re certainly so happy for her exciting move to Queensland but at the same time we may just be hanging onto her ankles as she tries to leave on her last day 🙈

She has been with us from day one after completing her training and joining the team, and since then she has put so much time (in and out of the salon) into the success of our business and making sure that all of her clients are 110% happy with her service.

It is hard to find employees who are an absolute pleasure to be around and so that work just never seems like work, and that’s what we have in our space and have made such amazing friendships with the special women we work with. She has been an amazing friend to all of us! Never any bitchiness in our space and that’s the way we like it!

If shenae ever moves back we will always welcome her with open arms! And we will be forever grateful for her time, her friendship, and the love and care she has put into her work.

If you’re lucky enough to be booked in with her over these last two weeks you’re welcome to beg her to stay 😝, and also wish her all the best in her exciting new adventure with her partner and fur babies 🫶🏼

Spaces will be limited from Monday the 24th March and we will endeavour to find another wonderful team member for our TBC family. We also have to remove lash extension services from our menu until further notice, apologies!

We love you our ShenShen! Hopefully we have some more of your hilarious reels in the drafts so we can continue to laugh along with you even once you’re on the road 🤍
