Studio Announcement from Maya ✨

After four beautiful years of teaching at Solfit studio, I have decided to move on from this space.

A big thank you to our wonderful yoga community, it has been an honour to hold space for you at the studio. A big thank you to all the facilitators of Solfit over the last 12 months, especially Ash, Tash, Saraid, Cindy and Michael 🤍

We will run classes as normal over the next two weeks and close on 14th November. I’d love to invite you all to a community class taught by Ash and I on Monday 13th November at 6pm, bookings online. Please join us for a drink and nibbles from 715pm.

I will continue teaching from the Port Lincoln School of Yoga on Monday’s at 6pm, starting 20th November! Keep an eye out for prenatal programs as well. I will let Ash and Michael notify you on their future class plans.

Restorative Yin with Ash ✨

A deeply nourishing fusion of yin and restorative yoga to invite balance, restore calm and increase range of motion ✨

This class offers long, meditative yoga holds that release stress and tension from the body. Ash aims to help you increase energy flow and function of the organs ✨

Restful, rejuvenating and meditative, positions are held from 3-7 minutes. Poses are supported with props like bolsters, blankets or blocks ✨

Mums & Bubs yoga at Solfit studio 💫

Starting this Friday August 18th, 1030am for 4 weeks, $16 per class. This gentle class is designed for postpartum mothers with newborns (8 wks to crawling).

We gather together for 1 hour. It’s an opportunity to nurture yourself, bond with your baby and connect with other local mums in a supportive environment.

We encourage you to take the practice as slow as you need, take a break to feed/change/nurse your bub at any time. No yoga experience necessary. Bring in baby mats, prams, etc, whatever you need.

YIN YOGA ॐ we invite you to join a pop up Yin class this Sunday 30th July with Ness!

Vanessa is a yoga and pilates instructor from Adelaide. Ness found yoga at 18, where she began a weekly yin practice. Her love developed and began practising vinyasa and developing her knowledge. In 2018 she travelled to Thailand to complete 200hr vinyasa and yin YTT, and has been teaching ever since. Ness has also undergone a level 1 meditation course earlier this year, with hopes to expand on that.

Ness is incredibly passionate about movement, currently undergoing a Bachelor of Exercise Science, but she also acknowledges the importance of finding balance and stillness. Make time for stillness with Ness in a yin class.

Join teachers Cindy Scott and Maya Puglisi over the month of June for our ‘Winter Warmer’ sessions at Solfit studio. Designed to support your wellbeing and immune system.

The 75-minute journey will include meditation and sound infusion in our warm space. We invite you to allow the sound vibrations to connect you back to self and guide you into a deep meditative state.

The instruments include Tibetan & crystal sound bowls, tuning forks and the harmonium 💫
