headspace Port Lincoln At headspace Port Lincoln we provide a youth-friendly, community-based, cost free health service for young people 12-25 and their families.

headspace Port Lincoln supports young people aged 12 to 25 with their mental health, physical health, work and study support, and alcohol and other drug services. At headspace Port Lincoln we can help you with:

• Mental health and counselling
• Work & Study Program
• Alcohol & other drugs counselling
• Physical and Sexual health
• Group activities and events

headspace Port Lincoln is a low to moderate service that focus on early intervention. We work with young people and their parents/caregivers to provide support at a crucial time in their lives. headspace Port Lincoln also run a range of Community Engagement activities and Mental Health awareness events. To make an appointment call our office on (08) 7081 3616 or email hsplreception@youturn.org.au or complete the online referral, which can be found on our website. You do not require a referral from a doctor, however, having your GP involved in your care is recommended. You can also be referred by a family member, friend, school or another service provider.

Such a good afternoon at the WCYCS Youth Week collab down at the foreshore!

We loved hanging out, soaking up the sunshine, and getting creative making our “jelly-fish” friendship bracelets 🪼💚

So many new connections, and chill moments — exactly what Youth Week is all about 🙌

Walk & Talk: Coffee & Connections

We ran our Walk & Talk: Coffee & Connections event for Youth Week at headspace Port Lincoln on Tuesday the 14th of April.

The group headed out for a cruisy walk along the foreshore, then grabbed a coffee and hung out together.

It was a really nice, easy vibe with lots of chats, laughs, and people connecting along the way.
Great to see everyone getting out, meeting new faces, and just taking some time to chill.

Big shout out to Youturn for funding our Youth Week activities, and to the visiting execs who joined us on the walk — awesome to have you there 🙌
