Port Lincoln School of Yoga offers classes for beginners to intermediate to help build strength, fle Our Yoga classes are $15/$13 Concession.

Port Lincoln School of Yoga is the largest collaboration of Yoga Teachers on the Eyre Peninsula. The school offers Yoga classes in Port Lincoln 6 days a week to cater for everyone from the beginner student to the more experienced. In 2014 our teachers Patsy, Barbie, Simone, Karlie and Emma joined their years of yoga wisdom together to bring Port Lincoln and the surrounding areas the beautiful prac

tice of Yoga. Since then the school has grown and blossomed welcoming other amazing teachers to the mix to bring more experience and variety to our students. Yoga will revitalise you by strengthening, toning and flexing the body while also calming the mind and developing the breath. Our Yoga classes are held upstairs in the Studio Room at the Nautilus Arts Centre with entry via Washington Street which is shared with Country Arts SA and the Green Room. Parking is also on Washington Street (please do not park in Nautilus Arts Centre driveway) Please contact for more information. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class, especially if you are attending your first class with us this allows time to settle into class and your space.

💫 We are back 💫

We have all enjoyed a lovely winter break, we hope you did too…. but its time to get back on the mat 💗

We have Emma taking over for Patsy now she has retired. Emma will also continue her regular Saturday as normal.

Maya is taking over for Barbie on Wednesday evening, Maya will continue her Monday class also. .yoga.doula

Fiona will be taking her Tuesday evening class as usual.

And lastly, our lovely Barbie will continue to take her monthly classes at the Big Swamp Community Centre. Please contact her for dates or see here for updates.

💫 Celebrating Patsy's retirement - End of an Era 💫

Our beloved Patsy taught her final class on Monday and we couldn't be more grateful for her dedication. We surprised her with a morning tea celebration, and she was completely taken aback.

Patsy's yoga journey began at age 22 in an ashram in Mauritius, she has then gone on to continue learning and growing her practice, even learning from BKS Iyengar himself. Then 33 years ago she began teaching and she's been sharing her wisdom with our community ever since. We're so fortunate to have had her guidance and passion. Her commitment and reverence for yoga and her students has been nothing but remarkable.

From all the teachers and students, past and present, we wish Patsy love and happiness in her next chapter. May her future be filled with joy, peace, and continued growth. 💗💗

PEACE

When the world outside is in disarray and chaos abounds, it is vital that you live the life you dream of in your own little bubble. Make the world you want. Kindness, love, patience, acceptance and care. Throw it around like confetti and create the world you will not see on the news. You cannot fix the world or change everyone’s mind but you can BE the peace you seek. And it is beyond vital that you do. It spreads like ever increasing ripples outwards and will find those like-hearted souls you need to reach. When the world is in unrest, be the peace you seek.
