Over the past 12 weeks, Nikki has been putting in the work training for her Bronze Medallion. Along the way, she faced some shoulder and thoracic pain and came to see us for treatment—but she didn’t let it slow her down 💪🏼

Huge congratulations to our U16 girls on taking out the top spot at the Hawaii Youth Rugby 10s — an outstanding achievement and a true reflection of your hard work, resilience, and team spirit.

A massive effort from our boys as well, who left absolutely everything out on the field. Your grit and determination did not go unnoticed.
