This International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating the women who shaped me long before I even realised it ✨
Looking back at these old photos of my Mum, Nan, Aunty and Great Nan reminds me of the strength, resilience and love that runs through the generations.
These women paved the way in their own quiet yet powerful ways — teaching me about hard work, kindness, courage and what it means to truly support the people around you.
Their influence has shaped not only the person I am, but also the physiotherapist I’ve become today. The compassion, patience and determination they showed throughout their lives are the same values I strive to bring into my work every day — caring for people, helping them move better, and supporting them through their own challenges.
They have inspired my goals, my aspirations, and the way I approach my profession — with empathy, dedication and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
So today is about recognising the women who came before me, the lessons they passed down, and the legacy they continue to create.
Grateful, blessed, humbled 🤍
