Today I heard about a teenager who was described as being rude and aggressive.
Then found out he has witnessed tragedy.
I thought of this post - his body is holding onto so much more than what his mind can process💔.
I said he needs a Bowen…. I got told that was not sigma thing to say.
Teens need guidance and need to see good, nice people around.

To add to that because I forgot - ➡️Bowen for teens - clothes stay on. No talking required. Parent in room, no worries🙌🏼

I had my maintenance last week - when was yours?

Many people include regular Bowen sessions as part of staying balanced in a fast-paced world.

Not as a luxury.

As maintenance.

Interesting for those suffering fibromyalgia 💐

Just published in the International Journal of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork: 'The effectiveness of Bowen Therapy for Fibromyalgia: A Randomized Controlled Trial'.

The study concluded that Bowen Therapy may be effective for fibromyalgia patients in improving limb endurance, reducing activity interference, and enhancing quality of life.

Last nights client had a shorter right leg and by the end of the session her feet showed me her legs were the same length!

⁉️Which muscle? Psoas
(It connects the top and bottom of your body)
