ENERGY WORK MASSAGE What to expect. After a quick discussion with the person receiving the massage, we can discuss their health, where they hold tension, what they would like to achieve from the session. Narelle has a large toolbox of skills that can be used depending on the goal of the session. People with fluid retention or inflammation could benefit from Lymphatic massage. She can Asses Postural Alignment rectify Pain or discomfort with remedial techniques, (Trigger Point, Cranio-Sacral, ) Assisting Alignment with Myofascial Release. Deep Tissue, or light and relaxing. Narelle will work within a comfort level. Connection, intuition and empathy,
