A Gentle Way to Begin the Week – Port Macquarie 🪷
Sunday afternoons can sometimes bring that quiet feeling of
“Oh… another week.”
I’ve been really enjoying starting my own week differently — slowly, gently, without rushing straight into everything.
On Monday mornings at 9:30am, I offer a Rest & Restore Gentle Yoga class, and it’s become such a beautiful way to begin. Soft movement. Long exhales. Time to land before the week gathers pace.
And even if you can’t make a class, I gently invite you to create your own little Monday ritual.
It might be:
☕ Sitting outside with your tea before checking your phone
🌿 A few slow stretches beside your bed
🌊 A short walk while the air is still cool
🤍 Three steady breaths with your hand on your heart
It doesn’t have to be long.
Just something that tells your nervous system — we’re not rushing into this.
As we move through these last warm weeks of summer, there’s a subtle shift in the air. A reminder that we don’t have to push so hard all the time.
