🔸️ to fit in or to fit your illusion of what others think of you?
🔸️ to be who you think you ought to be to fulfill your own expectations of yourself?
|| And how often do you hold back expressing what you think, feel or need?
☝️ It’s astounding how (subconscious) programs, (limiting) beliefs, (false) perceptions or conditioning can run who/ how we are, what we say (or not) and contribute to the masks/facades we’ve created e.g. with certain people or in specific circumstances (covering up or hiding our true essence and expression).
>>>> Sometimes we are aware, and oftentimes, we are not.
