Breathing is the most constant thing we do. Roughly 20,000 times a day.

Without thinking. Without effort. And yet… how we breathe might be quietly shaping our sleep, stress levels, energy, focus, and long-term health more than we realise.

YEAR OF THE FIRE HORSE 🔥🐎

Bold moves. Brave beginnings.
Unapologetic evolution.

This Thursday night Im excited to step into a new chapter at Flow State Yoga PMQ — and it feels like Fire Horse energy in motion.

The Fire Horse doesn’t wait.
She moves when it feels aligned.
She trusts the heat in her belly.
She evolves.

Not dramatically.
Not recklessly.
Definitely intentionally.

An evolution.
A refinement. A deepening. A steady rise.

You’ll find me flowing each week:

🌿 Mondays 6:15am — Vinyasa
🌊 Thursdays 5:30pm Slow Flow + 6:30pm Yin
🔥 Saturdays — 8am Vinyasa

Strong enough to build heat.
Slow enough to regulate.
Grounded enough to sustain the fire.

Colour isn’t just aesthetic. It’s neurological.

Before you even think about it, colour is speaking to your brain.

Aquamarine ocean blues?
They slow the breath. Soften the jaw. Whisper safety to the nervous system.

Sun-washed yellows and bright oranges?
They spark energy, creativity, possibility. A gentle lift toward joy.

Playful pinks?
Connection. Warmth. Openness.

And the subtle tones — soft neutrals, faded petals, weathered buildings —
they ground it all. They steady the spark.

Your nervous system is constantly scanning your environment for cues.
Light. Texture. Tone. Colour.

So maybe today isn’t about doing more.

Maybe it’s about asking:
What colour does my body need right now?

Ananda lives in the details.
In the umbrella you sit beneath.

Ritual is how we remember ourselves.
Not through grand gestures,
but through small moments we return to
again and again.

A breath before the day begins.
Your morning coffee.
Feet on the earth.
A mat unrolled.
The sky changing colour.

These moments may seem simple,
but to the nervous system
they are profound.
They whisper safety.
They offer rhythm.
They remind the body it doesn’t need to rush.

Ritual isn’t about control.
It’s about presence.
About choosing to meet yourself gently,
right where you are.

I’m so happy to be stepping into a new space and sharing practice at Flow State PMQ 🤍

From Thursday 19 February, you’re invited to move, breathe and land with me each week:

🌙 Thursday evenings
5:30pm — Slow Flow (gentle, grounding, nervous-system-friendly)
6:30pm — Yin (deep rest, long holds, exhale everything)

☀️ Saturday mornings
8:00am — Vinyasa Flow (steady, soulful movement to start your weekend well)

🌅 Monday mornings
6:15am — Vinyasa Flow (wake the body gently, breathe yourself into the week)

These classes are an invitation — to slow down, to feel your body, to reconnect with yourself just as you are. No pressure. No perfection. Just presence, breath, and a little space to land.
