Due to the COVID-19 virus I am now running first aid training through a modified delivery. This involves all theory being done online at your own pace. You then attend an individual 30 minute face to face practical assessment with me. I will try to book assessment times to suit your schedule.

School summer holidays! Great time of year for camping and swimming. However it is also a high risk time for snakes and drownings. Come to our next first aid class and learn or refresh how to correctly manage a snake bite, perform CPR and many other life saving first aid responses. Next course Saturday 19th January 2019. Increased chance of survival requires a fast response, correct CPR, and the availability of a defibrillator as soon as possible. Next First Aid and CPR course in Port Macquarie is on Saturday 10th December 2016. 9am to 3pm. Cost $120 for first aid or $50 for CPR only.

Next Port Macquarie public (open) course is on Saturday 25th June 2016. This is a one day Senior First Aid course with a short pre-course online workbook. You also have the option of only completing the CPR course which is a two hour session in the morning.

Next Port Macquarie course is Saturday 21st May 2016. Will be running CPR, Senior First Aid, and Childcare First Aid.

I am also a distributor for Zoll and Cardiac Science AEDs (defibrillators) should anyone be interested in finding out more about these life saving units. Maybe for your work or sporting group. Unless you can have an ambulance respond in less than 10 minutes, then chances of survival from sudden cardiac arrest are greatly reduced without a defibrillator being present.
