Less doing, more being

Fasting has a way of bringing everything to the surface… not just physically - but emotionally too.

I started dating again when I moved to Coffs. Downloaded Tinder… had many conversations, some fun dates, a few awkward meet ups - nothing of real substance, just wasting time and energy.

Every now and then I do this.
I put myself out there because I do desire a healthy, happy partnership - and another baby 🤍

Even my girls encouraged it… reminding me how much I keep to myself.

But if I’m really honest…

I wasn’t aligned.

I felt a little disconnected from my own life,
so I reached for distraction.

And fasting has a way of keeping you real… and making things really clear.

Not from judgment… just awareness.

So I’m choosing to step back.
Deleting the app.
Coming back to myself.

Being more present in my actual life…
with the people and the community around me instead of escaping it.

No distractions.
Just clarity ✨💧

Holiday mode was fully on -
until we landed back in Coffs Harbour…
and real life slowly found its way back in. 🦸🏼‍♀️🏫

Grateful for it all… and ready for what’s next. ❤️‍🔥🎶
