And that’s a wrap for 2024! A huge thank you to all our wonderful clients, referring GPs and Audiologists. To my incredible team, without all of you, none of this would be possible.
The vision for the Clear Ear Clinic has always been to provide better access to ear health care in regional areas. As another year draws to a close, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved. Every dollar spent goes back into improving our services, training RN’s in ear health care and expanding our regional coverage. Id like to wish everyone a happy holiday season! We’ll be back on January 2nd, ready to serve our community in the new year. Merry Christmas. ❤️Suzie

As the weather warms up we see a huge spike in the number of clients presenting with bugs in their ears. During the first month of spring we’ve extracted 5 moths, 1 beetle & 1 cockroach. If you are ever unfortunate enough to get a bug in your ear, lay on your side and flood the ear canal with cooking oil. The oil will drown the insect, stopping it from moving and with any luck the insect will float to the surface for easy removal. Otherwise call the Clear Ear Clinic for safe extraction! What’s the strangest thing you’ve had in your ear?

Surfer’s Ear (exostoses) are boney growths in the ear canal caused by cold water and wind. As the bones grow, the ear canal narrows, causing earwax, dead skin, water and sand to become trapped in the ear. At the Clear Ear Clinic we specialise in helping our clients manage their exostoses. With regular micro-suction ear cleaning we can prevent blockages and ear infections. If you are having problems with your ears, give the Clear Ear Clinic a call on 1300410150 or book online 📸Tabone.
