👉This time of the year can feel like we are running out of steam - can you relate?
While everyone I talk to is looking forward to the Christmas Break, the thoughts of the festive season adds to the day-to-day pressures, making it feel as though our already full plates are overflowing 😵💫
👉I work daily with my clients to support them in finding balance, calm and stability ✨️
🔸️ Practice this mantra every day to signal your nervous system to calm and settle, and use it especially in moments of stress or chaos
🔸️Repeat ‘I am calm and centred’ whenever you feel overwhelmed or need assurance
🔸️Let it be a gentle reminder to connect with that inner place of calm & centredness
🔸️Pair it with deep breathing – exhaling for a little longer than inhaling – to help activate your body’s relaxation response.
