Social and community participation:
Enables you to pursue the recreational activities that you enjoy and engage with the broader community. Through an NDIS Service Agreement, we can help you get out and about, meeting new people and trying new things. Some common activities include:
- Attending festivals, local events or concerts
- Physical activities including walking, swimming or bike riding
- Social activities including bowling, movies and camping
- Participating in sports like golf, tennis and indoor soccer
- Attending spectator events, including NRL and A-League games
- Fishing and marine activities + regular BBQ boat hire
- Visiting monthly markets in Port Macquarie, Laurieton, Bellingen and Coffs Harbour
Health and wellbeing:
Supports you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Developing your health and wellbeing also helps you feel a sense of achievement which is positive for your mental health. Through an NDIS Service Agreement, we can help you stay fit and healthy, inside and out. Some of the ways we can help include:
- Mental health recovery support services or psychosocial recovery referral services
- A variety of different horse and dog therapy services available
- Hydro-therapy
- Weekly social groups
- Group fitness programs
- Weekly coastal walks
- Bi-Monthly recreational camping and nature healing event
- Seven-week fun fitness education program
Daily living assistance:
TRISS can provide a range of services to help with daily life, including assisting with or supervising personal tasks to enable you to develop skills and live as autonomously as possible. These supports are provided individually to participants and can be provided in a range of environments, including in your own home:
Cleaning Services
NDIS funded cleaning services and assistance with household tasks to help you stay independent and comfortable in your own home. Transport Services
Transport enabling you to access disability support outside of your home, and to achieve the goals in your plan. Accommodation Support
Assistance finding or transitioning into long-term stable accommodation.
