A Common question we get asked is "when can i book a massage during pregnancy" - We can see you at any point during your pregnancy!

What to expect when you're expecting -

We treat neck, back and legs but our therapists can perform abdominal massage as well, some mothers find this helps the baby relax and will in turn help mum have improved sleep. It is perfectly safe to receive a massage, unless there has been medical advice to state otherwise.

The therapist will assess the concerning area and understand your health history, before commencing with manual therapy. You'll be required to remove clothing that is near the area being treated and be provided a modesty towel to drape over you. Our therapist will communicate a summary treatment plan and answer any questions you may have.

We provide a service for both mother and baby 🤰
