Our heart goes out to all those impacted by the floods on the Mid North Coast, but we are very grateful to see the amazing level of support within the community in the clean up efforts. We do live in an phenomenal community - and just love the Aussie spirit.

They don't come much tougher than Mid North Coast legend Ryley Batt - a true inspiration and the very definition of never giving up.

Wheelchair Rugby superstar Ryley Batt still isn't clear if he's going to play on but he does know that in the immediate future he'll be under the surgeon's knife. After scoring 158 tries in 5 matches Batt will return home with a Bronze medal to add to the 2 Gold medals and 1 Silver already in his possession but with a back held together with tape. He told ABC Sport's Ned Hall that preparing for the Paris games has taken a toll mentally as well as physically. But he's not sure that he can leave behind the Steelers or the Paralympic Games after 21 years on the team.

Thank you for your passion, commitment, heart and determination - proving that anything is possible and dreams really do come true. Congratulations legend and best of luck with your recovery.
