Power Natural Therapies Centre (previously Powers’ Chiropractic Centre), has been providing natural health services to Port Macquarie on the Mid-North Coast of NSW for 19 years, since 1995. Located on Lake Rd, near the Port Macquarie Private Hospital, it provides Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Kinesiology, Massage services as well as a selected range of health supplements and health foods. We also sto

ck equipment such as the Backnobber, Posturepole and Back Vitalizer. W are widely considered to be the unequalled natural therapies centre on the Mid-North Coast for patients who want the best and safest forms of health care available. We treat at least 200 patients each week and have been doing this for over 10 years. We aim to work with the patient under the expert direction of the practitioner to achieve the patient's health and/or wellness goals. We process health fund and Medicare rebates via Hicaps and is Workcover approved for insurance claims. Our Chiropractor Terry Power graduated with the Gary Stavarou Award for his high level adjusting skills.

Stretching helps improve blood flow, reduce tension, enhance range of motion, flush out toxins, and even reduce your risk of injury. Here are the top five stretching exercises to do post-massage:

1️⃣ Cat-Cow: This yoga-inspired stretch can be done right on the massage table. Get into a tabletop position on your hands and knees. Inhale as you arch your back like a sphinx, then exhale as you round your back, pulling your stomach towards your spine. Repeat 10 times to sink into a deeper relaxation. 🧘

2️⃣ Shoulder Shrugs: Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take a few deep breaths, then slowly shrug your shoulders up and down, one direction at a time. Do this four times in each direction and feel the tension melt away. 🤗
