Currently receiving a Home Care Package? From 1 November 2025, you’ll automatically transition to the new Support at Home program — keeping your current funding level and care provider. Any unspent funds will carry over, and your budget will move to quarterly allocations for greater flexibility.

Just Better Care Mid North Coast employees experienced and qualified local staff to support those with a disability, aged care or health needs to stay in their own homes, participate in the community and enjoy a lifestyle that is important to them. We want to know our customers; what they enjoy, what they have achieved in life and what is important to them to continue to be a part of their community.

We understand that it’s often a new experience navigating in-home support services and our local teams are available to discuss your needs and any questions you may have. We work together to navigate through in-home care, so you can feel supported and confident in knowing what services are available and how we can support this. Being local’s, we actively engage in our local community to provide our customers with knowledge about local resources and services available to enhance in-home support services.
A bit about us
We have over 12 years of experience in the in-home support industry and have seen many changes to disability and aged care industry. The one thing that hasn’t changed is that support services are provided by experienced staff with a passion to support the community. That supporting our staff ensures they feel valued in their role and understand the importance of providing a quality and reliable service to our customers.
