Invitation to the Movies Sunday 3rd July at 3.00 pm
You have probably all heard about the movie ELVIS well now is your chance to see it. I have seen it and keen to see it again, so Laurie and I have booked our tickets for Sunday 3rdJuly at 3.00 pm
Please book your own tickets. We booked online so we know where we are sitting. The cinemas are only small, and I don’t care to sit too close to the screen.

We have booked in the second back row. There is a $3 booking fee but, in my mind, worth it to know I have a seat and I don’t have to queue when I get there just go to the Cinema 3 Door.

What a great meeting At the
meeting this week with guest speaker the award winning , Naturopath from the .

She had so much health information to share. We even did chair yoga and quite a workout.
Breathing techniques as well as stretching out the quads from too much sitting.

Thanks Wendy Hee from Qi and Tonic for inviting Natalie to speak.
