✨ 2025 – Year of the Snake: Shedding ✨
This year did not turn out the way I had wished. It wasn’t all rainbows and glitter – there were tears… lots of them. I’ve always told my clients how important self-care is, yet this year, I neglected it.

Amid the challenges, my highs have been profound: seeing people lower their walls, being vulnerable, and allowing me to hold space for them has been deeply rewarding.

I had a vision to bring my business home – a sanctuary where people can relax, rest, heal, and find themselves. As much as I wanted to reopen in 2025, it wasn’t meant to be, no matter how much I pushed myself and push I did… to the point the universe made me stop. I ended up in the hospital, unable to use my left side, it was a reminder that even healers need healing and I am not invincible.

🌱 Gentle reminder: it’s okay when things don’t go to plan. Life is a teacher, and every pause, every tear, is part of the lesson.

✨ 2026 is a new cycle, ripe with possibility. It’s okay to cry, to pause, to be vulnerable. May the coming year bring you space to shed, grow, and bloom. I can’t wait to welcome you all back next year.

From my heart to yours, may this Christmas bring beautiful, magical moments.
This time of year can hold both light and grief, joy and remembrance. For me, Christmas is about honouring those who walk beside us in the physical, and those who remain with us in spirit.
Today I pause to acknowledge the love that never leaves, the souls who shaped us, and the quiet presence of those no longer seen but always felt.
Sending gentle love, grounding and compassion to anyone who is struggling during this season. May you feel held, supported, and reminded that you are never truly alone 🌿✨

These hands have been through a lot.
Once they soothed muscles, released tension, and shifted energy.
Lately, they’ve been covered in paint, silicone, dirt, and scratches — building, fixing, creating, adapting.
Like me, they’ve had to evolve with the changes in my business. When I couldn’t get the trades, I dug in myself.
These hands have been put through hell… but they’re strong. They’re resilient.
And they can’t wait to return to what they love most — nurturing, restoring, and helping others heal.💆‍♀️✨

I don’t have a set reopening date just yet — there are still things I can’t do and will not attempt, and I’m relying on those trades to bring it all together.
If everything aligns, I’m hoping for the end of November… but for now, I’m trusting the process and rolling with the universe. 🌙

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. I know so many of you are eager to get back on the table, in the pod and just sweating it out in the sauna and I promise — it hasn’t been an easy journey, but I’m doing everything I can to get there. ❤️
