- digestion issues
- immunity restoration
- headache and migraines
- general wellbeing

I provide holistic healing with acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, herbal therapy and general wellness coaching. Acupuncture is a safe, medication free model of health preservation. I manipulate the body’s own intelligence to correct its miscommunication and dysfunction. Acupuncture really is an ancient solution to the modern problems lifestyle, environment, stress and personal activities cause. My family has lived in the Port Macquarie region for many years and I have recently returned after a few years on the Gold Coast. In my spare time I can be found on a board at Lighthouse Beach or spending time with my family.
