Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the health and safety of patients, our employees and the independent practitioners operating from our centres has remained our utmost priority. A number of measures have been put in place to reduce the risk of transmission and to ensure that our centres remain COVID safe.

The additional measures include:

· In line with recent guidelines we have established and continue to apply COVID safe infection prevention and control standards to ensure our centres remain COVID safe.

· All patients are screened over the phone before confirming their appointment.

· Prior to entering the centre patients and visitors are temperature checked and asked COVID-19 screening questions. Anyone who has symptoms or risk factors for COVID-19 are required to defer their appointment and return home.

· All visitors to the centre are required to check-in on the NSW Service app

· Anyone attending the must wear a face mask while in the centre and are asked to apply hand sanitiser upon entry

· Waiting areas are adapted for social distancing

· We have adjusted our appointment schedule to minimise wait times and avoid patient cross-over

· All practitioners and team members have completed updated training in COVID-19 infection prevention and safety guidelines and are screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors
