Now offering Occupational Therapy on the Mid North Coast! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Lauren to the WEmpower Allied Health team, now supporting participants across the Mid North Coast.

Lauren brings experience working with people of all ages and abilities. From Functional Capacity Assessments and equipment prescription to daily living support and paediatric therapy, she’s passionate about helping individuals build independence and reach their goals.

Some of our WEmpower team completed their Mental Health First Aid training today at the WEmpower Hub✨

Delivered by the incredible Brent from SALT Training Academy, this vital training equips our team with the skills and confidence to recognise and respond to mental health challenges – supporting not just our participants, but each other too.
