New Monday Class – A Gentle Way to Begin Your Week 🪷
I’m so excited to share that I’m opening a brand new Monday Holistic Yoga class, and I would love to welcome you into this beautiful new weekly rhythm.
Mondays can carry so much — the transition from weekend to week, busy minds, full hearts, tired bodies. This class is an invitation to land, breathe, and gently come home to yourself.
Each week we’ll move slowly and mindfully, weaving together gentle yoga, breath, rest, and nervous-system-supportive practices to help you feel more grounded, steady, and supported — not just on the mat, but in life.
