Welcome Cynan to LakeRdChiro!! Cynan is a skilled Remedial Massage Therapist with 10 years of experience, having trained at Copeland College in Melbourne with a focus on Tui Na and Sports Massage.
For the past decade, Cynan has been practising at Coffs Coast Sports Physiotherapy, working with a diverse clientele and integrating techniques such as neurodynamics, myofascial massage and deep tissue/trigger point therapy. His approach combines a variety of methods to enhance the body’s natural healing processes, promoting improved range of movement, circulation, and overall well-being.
He’s looking forward to helping people feel their best with the team at Lake Road Chiro and support better health and wellness.
Cynan is available in the clinic on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Vania is working Saturday mornings for 9am, 10:30am and 12pm 1 HR sessions. “Hi, my name is Vania and I have been working in the health care system for over 20 years. I grew up in Sydney where I practiced nutrition in St. Vincent’s Hospital and prior to that I was a make up artist for over 10 years.
Since moving to Port Macquarie 8 years ago I have continued to work at the hospital but found I wanted to continue a holistic journey, so I have completed my Diploma in Remedial Massage and found my flow with a course on Lomi Lomi.
