✅ NECK STRETCH: Gently tilt your ear toward your shoulder and hold for 15-20 seconds each side to release neck tension.
✅ SHOULDER ROLLS: Roll your shoulders slowly backward 10 times to open the chest and reduce upper back stiffness.
✅ SEATED SPINAL TWIST: Sit tall, plant feet, place one hand on the opposite knee, and gently rotate your torso to stretch your mid-back.
Pro Tip: Try to stand, stretch, or move every 30-45 minutes. Even a quick stretch can help reduce stiffness and improve circulation.
