Remedial Massage Therapy - the massage will be tailored to your needs and may involve deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, positional release, passive stretching techniques, muscle energy techniques and joint mobilisation techniques.

Fitness Training - for teams and individuals for events, tournaments or whatever activity you plan to undertake.
Foam Rolling and Self-myofascial release - Sandie can show you how to use your foam roller or massage ball to help release muscle and fascial tightness in a safe and effective manner.
