Yes my singing bowl, (or maybe I should call her a blasting bowl - haha, she is powerful) is ready to help you let go of that, that no longer serves you or is complete. Then to bring in balance, we will work with "The Sacred Circuits" as channeled by Bashar.

Please arrive at the Northern end of Flynn's Beach, Port Macquarie, ready to start at 6.30am. Dress comfortable and yes, we will be there no matter the weather.

The full moon in Libra peaked today, so expect to feel her effects over the next 2 days. Let go of anything that no longer serves you, to free up 'space' to allow that, that lights you up ... after all Libra is the sign of Balance! ♎️

So excited to be your host this Saturday at Sunrise Meditation Flynn's Beach, Port Macquarie. After Louise reached out, I went into meditation and this is what was co-created with my spirit team 🥰

Under the energy of the Libra Full Moon, together with my guides, we will be connecting all of us together via a wheel meditation. Yes, we will form a round shaped mediation circle, with my powerful healing crystal "The Empress" as its center, with the powerful intention of CONNECTION!

I will be running energy through our wheel (to those wanting to participate) to rebalance all our bodies (mental emotional, physical, spiritual) utilising the energy of our group chakra system. I will also be using my shamanic tools of a singing bowl and owl feathers to move and transmute the energy.

Then we will form a standing circle as collective, connected to shine our light bright and send love to ourselves, each other and around the globe and beyond.

It was me, I was in the 80%, but more longer!

Why do we not talk about this more openly?

Mid-Life is a huge time of change, not only for ourselves, but for our family!

On one side we are possibly moving through the empty nest phase, a time to stand back and allow our young ones to make their own choices and walk their path.

On the other side, our parents may be more reliant on us, resulting in the role change of us stepping into the role of parenting ... so to speak!

The hats we wear are ever changing, but one thing is for sure, their is always plenty to wear!

At the Mid-Life Matters Event, we will be looking at this and many other topics to support you on your Mid-Life journey.

Your not alone ... the statistics are screaming that!

We have be told a false narrative, that during mid-life the weight that may pile on due to hormonal changes is here to stay. This is an ill informed story that breeds a perpetual loop of doubt in what the human body is capable of!

Mid-life offers you an opportunity to take back your power and actually for your body to take its power back too.

You just need the right information and that's what I'm all about ... sharing how I did it, how I turned the narrative of mid-life around to support me and bring forth a life I was meant to live. A life on my terms.

I did it my way !
