At Candia Care & Support, we work with people of all ages and abilities and pride ourselves on being inclusive and flexible in the supports we provide. We specialise in supporting individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual and developmental disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, dual diagnosis, and complex needs. We have a team with extensive experience in supporting people living with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and schizophrenia. Every person’s journey is different, and we’re here to walk alongside them, without judgment through both the highs and lows of life.

🎉 We’re thrilled to celebrate the installation of a brand new access ramp for Lillian – a big step toward greater independence and safety at home!

This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the NDIS, the tireless advocacy of our coordinator Jodie, and the many incredible people who worked behind the scenes to make it happen.

Registrations for the 2025 Mental Health Artworks Exhibition are Now Open! 🎨Proudly presented by Coast & Country Primary Care.

Whether you're an emerging artist or simply passionate about mental health awareness, we invite you to be part of this meaningful event.

We are empowering individuals impacted by mental illness to share their journeys of hope, recovery, and personal growth through art. The theme of this year’s exhibition is: Taking Steps on Your Wellbeing Journey,” is all about celebrating steps that we take towards improving our mental health and wellbeing.

🎉 Big News! 🎉

After lots of hard work, determination, and a good dose of patience, we’re absolutely thrilled to share that our NDIS registration has officially been approved! ✅

This is such a huge milestone for us, and we couldn’t be more excited to start supporting participants as a proud NDIS-registered provider. Our mission has always been to help people live their best lives — and now, we’re ready to do that in a bigger and more impactful way.
